Pricing & Availability of Goods:

Simlock Communication makes sure that prices and description mentioned the website is accurate and error free. But in some case if something is leftover kindly excuse us. If we find any error in the pricing of the goods, which is being ordered, we will confirm you immediately and re-confirm your order with corrected prices or will ask you to cancel the order and re-order it. If we are not able to contact you, we will consider it as your order is cancelled. In such cases if you cancel, and you have paid already Simlock Communication, will refund of payment done.

Delivery charges will be additional and it will be displayed at the time of check out, in the section of shipping charges.

Delay in the Delivery:

  1. If buyer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  2. If some force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war
  3. If any other beyond Simlock Communication control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
  4. If parcel is lost, due to some reasons, it will take some time to compensate and replacement of the same.

Shipping Delays Due to Covid-19:

Due to covid-19 there may be a major delay in delivery time. As you can imagine, once the parcel has left the warehouse, it is completely out of our control.  We trust our shipping partner to deliver your parcel in the quickest time possible for them, and ask that our valued customers please be patient with the process.

Once the parcel arrives in the destination address it is handed over to the local  service for final delivery.  

Order Cancellation:

If the order is not fulfilled due to any reason then the order placed by the customer will be canceled and the amount used to pay for the order will be directly refunded to the  account of the customer.

Note:

We request you to make video while unboxing your order. And if you find any damaged or any issue you can send us that video through any mode and we will make sure to resolve it on all possible ways.
